Step 1) Instructions to add a Journal, Newspaper, etc

The term, 'Item', is a generic term for a book, journal, newspaper, DVD, etc. When cataloguing you add an Item, such as a journal, and then associate any number of Articles to it. Note: you only need to add the journal once.

For example (see screenshot) you might have a journal with 10 essays in it. For your purposes you only need to capture 5. You would add the journal details (title, ID, ISSN, volume, issue, etc) and then click on Articles to add the 5 essays.
